It’s undeniable that social media has its pros and cons but no matter if you’re into fashion, beauty, cooking, health, fitness or all of the above, Instagram can be a great source of inspiration and motivation. As you might know, if you’ve read my blog post on workout motivation, I have recently gotten myself into a pretty rigid workout routine. But, because I am naturally the lazy type, I am constantly having to push myself to get my workouts done or head to the gym – it’s an ongoing struggle. It helps to know, however, that others are in it with you, which is why I’ve found that the right Instagram accounts can really help you stick to your goals and provide that extra motivational push you might just need. So, I have compiled 10 of my absolute favourite body positivity (we all need some of that) and fitness accounts that might just inspire you to finally join your local gym or head out for a run and a yoga session.
